A couple of days ago, my lovely Fact-a-Day Newsletter sent me the following fact:
For the first time DSTV has over 5 million subscribers. 29% of households that subscribe to DSTV do not have hot running water from a geyser in their homes.
Hot shower in the morning, or trash TV in the evening - doesn’t sound like a difficult choice to me. Apparently it is for some South Africans...
